We want you to love your Gllow Skin products. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a return.

Unopened or gently used products qualify for a refund of the product’s purchase price. Empty or substantially used products are not eligible.

Please request your return before mailing it back. We’ll provide return instructions, and your return must be shipped within 14 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Please contact us before returning these items.

Will it feel greasy?

It starts rich and melts into a silky layer. Jojoba and meadowfoam seed oils are light, fast-gliding oils, so skin feels 
soft rather than slick. A small amount pressed into damp skin gives the smoothest finish

What makes it different from a lotion?

Lotions are mostly water. This butter is 100% butters and oils — no water and no fillers — so a little goes further and every scoop is concentrated moisture.

Is this fragrance non-toxic?

Every scent is made with phthalate-free fragrance. We also carefully select our fragrance oils & choose only those our suppliers identify as not requiring a California Proposition 65 warning. These are the standards behind every Gllow scent. 

Does it contain nuts?

It contains shea butter, which comes from the nut of the shea tree. If you have a tree nut allergy, check with your doctor before using.
