**How long does the Gllow Experience last?**

Our experiences vary by group size and day of the week. Generally, sessions last up to 1 hour. If you would like to book the space for more than one hour for your event, please reach out to us at info@gllowco.com

**What can I expect?**

At Gllow, we aim to create a fun and memorable experience for everyone. Expect a lively atmosphere with music and the option to bring your own wine or beer to enhance your creativity. We provide one complimentary glass of wine for guest 21 and older in the candle and body butter classes only. Whether you're looking for a relaxed session or a vibrant party atmosphere, we have different times throughout the week to suit your preferences.

**Can I bring my own drinks to my Gllow experience?**

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your favorite beverages to enjoy during your session. BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) and cups—we've got extras if you forget yours! Please note, we do not provide ice but offer wine bottle chillers in limited quantities. We provide one complimentary glass of wine for guest 21 and older in the candle and body butter experiences.

**Are there any age restrictions?**

Experiences at Gllow are suitable for ages 7 and up. Children must have a parent or guardian present during the daytime experiences (before 4 pm). Evening classes (5 pm and later) are reserved for guests aged 18 and older.

**What if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?**

We understand that plans can change. While we do not offer refunds for cancellations, you can reschedule your class once without losing your deposit. Contact your reservation location with your preferred new date and time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

**When can I use the candles I've made?**

You can take your custom candle home immediately after your session, we recommend letting your candle cure for 7 days for optimal fragrance performance, however, you can burn it as early as 24 hours after your session. Remember to trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting for the first time, ensuring the best burn quality.
